Dieting sucks, so I’m always looking for anything I can make that fits my nutritional goals and satisfies my sweet tooth without leaving me feeling guilty.

These are gluten free, super easy to make and about as healthy as cookies get.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe by Troy Parsons

Makes about 10 medium sized cookies.

Nutrition Information:

82 calories per cookie     |      1.7g Fat     |      2.7g Protein     |      13.6g Carbs

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cups quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked.
